It's been a while since we visited Scott and crew at East End, and quite a bit has changed since we were last there. First, the location is now officially a brewpub. Pints can be purchased and consumed on site. Please plan to treat yourself to a pint of GOOD BEER (tm) to show thanks to EEBC for the years of support they've shown to TRASH. Of course you can still purchase bottles of limited release beer and can get your growlers filled while you're there. Also of note is EEBC's barrel aging program that is well under way. This is great chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at what they're doing with wood-aged beer, as well as check out the brewhouse in general.
Please bring homebrew to share! This is a homebrew club meeting after all, so bring anything you want people to try. Bottles, growlers, kegs, whatever works for you.
Please RSVP to let us know you're coming. See you there!
Eliza's Oven will be on site tomorrow serving up deliciousness to fulfill all your luncheon needs. They typically have pasties (hand pies), pot pies, barleywine pretzels, that sort of thing. Bring some cash and an empty belly!
