I have a load of fresh washed yeast in quart mason jars with sterile or distilled water on top.
The yeast is enough to kick a small commercial brewery, so I will take about 100 Ml. of solid yeast from the bank to start a 10-15 gallon batch, or smaller.
The yeast was harvested from my 14.5 gallon conical fermenters, at the bottom, in a sight-glass/ tri-clamp harvester.
I just have to know if you want it, and will use it soon after taking it. You can store it in your fridge for weeks, but the idea is to use it, or let me know before the next following meeting, so I can bring a new fresh batch instead of holding on to it.
I plan on being at the March 5th. meeting.
